P.R.O.J.E.C.T. is a subsidiary program from carbon artist associates. that said, carbon artist associates only have three members, carbon artist blique, carbon artist monk-ed and carbon artist kai. carbon artist associates is solely reserved to the three members mentioned, and members need to be invited and accepted by all other carbon artists to be a carbon artist. P.R.O.J.E.C.T. is a platform, made to display artwork. further information on P.R.O.J.E.C.T. page. keep in mind that these two are two separate entities. thank you.

carbon artist associates was formed by two carbon artists, namely carbon artist monk-ed and carbon artist blique. the associate is formed as a movement against digital art, supporting the traditional way of drawing manga and stuff.

we think there is a need for all people to know the very foundation of every art, that is, carbon. we use pencils, coals and many more type of material. in the end, it’s all carbon. people seem to forget that. all is digital these days. that my friend, is sad.

carbon artist blique

carbon artist associates have only three members to boot. none of the carbon artist have used digital means to produce art. the use of digital means to publish art is allowed, as the method do not change what the art was meant to be. the use of scanners to scan artworks and publishing on the net is unavoidable, as that is one of the best ways to promote oneself.

nowadays, everything is on the net. you can start a cult on the net, or even someone’s death. as long as the art stays what it is, digital means are allowed.

carbon artist monk-ed

basically speaking, that is the core principles of carbon artist associates. already running for two years with only three people, carbon artist associates have no means to have more members or becoming successful.

we work because of members. and you should know them. they are fantastically idiotic people working for no money.

carbon artist blique – based in america

the main man behind the idea of both carbon artist associates and P.R.O.J.E.C.T.. he’s a man, measuring over 165 centimetres and think shit. his mind is so god damn corrupted that psychologists are puzzled with his existence. most to none, he contribute to storylines, ideas and stuff. carbon artist monk-ed used to be his student, and still calls him mentor nowadays. carbon artist monk-ed is described as a projector, while he is the slides which create images on its own. he demands perfection, intricate details to die for, heart-breaking backgrounds, shorter skirts and bigger boobs. only read manga worth killing for and HD animes worth fucking for.

carbon artist monk-ed – based in malaysia

the main, and probably the only carbon artist that does artworks here, it is carbon artist monk-ed. together with carbon artist blique and carbon artist kai, they make carbon artist associates. he is still an amateur in the manga scene, and is eager to learn and explore new methods of carbon drawing. he has very limited freedom and very much oppression from his parents, who despise his passion for art. he can write an essay on how much he hates them, but not here. nevertheless, he share the same interests with fellow carbon artists. his best friends include some awkward and outrageous objects, including a razor blade, all coloured G1 pens, Pilot mechanical pencils, Stabilo black eraser, 20cm rulers and blank A4 papers. he is still pining for his only love, and will always love her only.

he is calling for help from all magazine or comic companies to save him. please.

carbon artist kai – based in malaysia

it is carbon artist kai, but he is not an artist at all. he admits that he sucks at drawing and illustrating. he is the main man behind all the scans. any artwork that has been completed will be passed on to carbon artist kai to be scanned. he measures 171 centimetres and weighes 55 kilogrammes. he is more of a tech-savvy guy, who prefers programming and exploring. sometimes, he enjoys b-boying or popping. he thinks this is all he guesses.

believe it or not, carbon artist kai made the artwork on the left on his own, with the help of A4 papers and blue pens.
